MY APPROACH
Change is hard, especially when we feel stuck in old patterns, unhealthy relationships or unsatisfying careers .
Therapy can help you make the changes you've been struggling to make on your own. We will explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors from the past and present, to make sense of your experience and empower you to make positive changes. We will work to gain awareness and insight into barriers that are standing in your way, while also identifying strengths you already have, and how to use them to overcome these obstacles confidently.

I practice therapy Psychodynamically, consisting mainly of a relational, and relaxed approach. It isn't always easy to be vulnerable, and explore negative experiences or parts of ourselves. I believe creating a warm, collaborative and interactive dynamic with my clients is what leads to the crucial ability to look inward at yourself, gain awareness and begin to create meaningful change. Through our safe, and nurturing relationship, you will understand yourself with a new perspective, be ready to take on life's inevitable challenges and learn how to integrate these vital tools for long-lasting growth, and a more fulfilling and satisfying life.
Contact me to see if we are a good fit.

Individual Therapy:
Individual therapy is an opportunity to slow down, look inward, and deepen your connection to your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Through this process, we bring awareness to patterns, explore past and present challenges, and uncover new perspectives that foster growth and healing. Common concerns addressed in individual therapy include anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship and family dynamics, trauma, sex and intimacy, sexuality and gender, anxious or avoidant attachment, career and work stress/burnout, fertility and perinatal issues.
Couples Therapy:
Couples therapy is a powerful tool for strengthening relationships, whether you’re dating, engaged, married, life partners, or navigating discernment. Conflict is a natural part of every relationship, but learning how to manage it and repair effectively is what allows couples, partners, or co-parents to thrive. Common areas of focus include communication challenges, disconnection, unmet needs, sex and intimacy concerns, life stage transitions, fear of commitment, infidelity, family planning, infertility, high conflict, work-life balance, and financial stress.
Adolescent Therapy:
Now more than ever, therapy plays a crucial role in supporting adolescents as they navigate an increasingly complex world. The disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, combined with the growing influence of technology, has led to a significant rise in anxiety and depression among teens. Adolescence is a time of identity development, independence, and autonomy, which can sometimes create feelings of disconnection or misunderstanding between teens and their parents. Therapy provides a safe space for adolescents to explore their emotions, communicate their needs, and develop the resilience to navigate life’s inevitable challenges.
Parenting Support:
Parenting is one of life’s most rewarding—and challenging—roles. As the saying goes, “It takes a village,” and having support along the way can make all the difference. Whether you’re in the thick of toddler tantrums or navigating teen rebellion, parenting support can help you understand how your own childhood experiences may be shaping your parenting style. Together, we’ll explore science-backed strategies to attune to your child’s emotional needs, strengthen your connection, and address challenging behaviors in a way that fosters growth and understanding.
